About us

Welcome to my kitchen and thank you for stopping by! I created Sandmiches back in 96 when I lived up north in PA and it survived for only a few months due to an unstable market. When I moved back home to Georgia, my plans to revive my culinary dream were stopped by the plights of the pandemic. After moving to Orlando in 2022, I loved the weather and I fell in love with the vacation environment that seems to continue year-round. After prayer and conversations with my heavenly mother, who inspired the original restaurant, I decided to try my hand at opening a new version of Sandmiches in Orlando. I have more years behind me than in front of me so I have nothing to lose but plenty to gain. Cooking is part of my life and it's my mother's legacy that I've happily inherited, so I extend it to you. Let me share some good food made with love and a touch of soul.
